Digital Identity

The Digital Identity module verifies a subject’s identity through a hosted session with a digital identity provider, such as a reusable digital identity wallet. The subject completes the provider’s verification flow from a launch URL, and the module returns the session outcome.

The module can also list the identity providers included in your organisation’s licence.

Digital Identity: Digital ID Launch Session

Initiate a Digital ID verification session and obtain a launch URL to authenticate a user’s identity via a hosted user interface

Capabilities

The module returns the following capabilities.

Default outcomes

The module is pre-configured with the following default outcomes, which can be used in evaluation and routing logic within the Journey builder.

Retrieve the results of the digital identity verification upon completion

Digital ID Provider Selector

This variant returns the identity providers available to the subject in result.note.providers. By default, it lists every provider licensed for your account. If you supply a country, state, or phone number, then it ranks the providers and lists the recommended ones first.

The variant reads these inputs from the subject context and doesn’t show the subject a form. Write the phone number in E.164 format, starting with +, because the variant ignores national-format numbers. Recommendations also need a Verification Profile ID in the module credentials.
